Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you order from Suva Health Shop, on WhatsApp or on this website.

What we sell

Over-the-counter medicines and health products only. We do not sell prescription-only medicines. Some items are pharmacist-only: a pharmacist checks they are right for you before you take them home, and may decline the sale.

Orders and prices

Your order is confirmed when we send you an order number. Prices include any applicable taxes. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and you don't pay for it.

Collection

Orders are collected from Shop 4, Victoria Parade, Suva (Mon-Sat 8am-5pm) [TEST]. Bring the name you gave when you ordered. We hold orders for 7 days; after that we may cancel them.

Payment

• Cash on collection: pay at the counter when you collect.
• Mobile wallet transfer: transfer the total to M-PAiSA 999 9999 (Suva Health Shop TEST) with your order number or payment reference in the description. We confirm it before you collect.

Using our WhatsApp service

Our ordering assistant is automated; a member of our team reads every conversation and steps in when needed. Don't use it for emergencies. If you feel very unwell, contact a doctor or emergency services.
